narcissus triandrus thalia
Narcissi Thalia creates a focal point in both the garden or professional displays. The distinctive flower forms are much sought after and remain a firm favourite for council projects.
Sometimes referred to as orchid narcissus, this is a wonderfully fragrant, pure white daffodil with multiple, pendulous flowers on each stem. The flowers open soft yellow and turn white with age.
This is the one of oldest known hybrids. An ideal addition to any cottage garden, formal beds and Spring borders.
Also used extensively for landscaping projects this variety enjoys sunny spots and semi shaded areas in the garden.
Interesting Note: Thalia was one of the nine muses, the goddesses of music, song and dance, derived from the Greek word thaleia meaning "rich festivity" or "blooming".
