Elephant Garlic
Elephant garlic is a traditional gardener’s favourite, the cloves produce large bulbs that carry a nutty flavour, a cross between a spring onion and garlic.
The mature bulbs are perfect for roasting and baking and tends to add flavour to meats while retaining its structure.
Perfect for growing in partially shaded or sunny positions, it will also perform in pots and containers. Remove the flowering head to allow bulbs to grow bigger.
