chionodoxa luciliae alba (glory of the snow)
A low-growing bulbous perennial with upright, strap-shaped leaves and bright white star-shaped flowers in early spring. The Chionodoxa flowers face upwards and form in delicate sprays that naturalise freely in rockeries and Spring beds. These robust plants perform well under trees and can be used as part of landscaping projects.
A superb item for rockery gardens, alpine areas and Summer beds.
