To ensure you receive the best quality flower bulbs, we will ship your flower bulbs at the correct time for planting. We therefore advise you to plant your flower bulbs as soon as possible after receipt between the periods of September up until December.
Boston Bulbs Wholesale takes responsibility for the quality of the flower bulbs from the time in storage, throughout the dispatch period and up until receipt of the bulbs.
Returning Your Purchase
Should there be anything wrong with the items you have ordered and received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt:

Due to the nature of the products supplied, we ask you to contact us first before returning the items. Our team will gladly help to resolve any complaints. You can contact us by completing the contact form or by calling our customer service line 01775 769333.
Refunds
If you decide to withdraw the contract, we can:
- Redeliver the same items
- Refund you the full purchase price + any shipping costs
In order to exercise your right to withdrawal, you must notify us by means of statement (in writing, by telephone or by e-mail) that you wish to withdraw the contract. To ensure fast and accurate processing, we ask you to provide your order reference and name and address.
Please note
This provision is applicable only if you make use of your right to withdrawal within 7 days after delivery of the items. Reimbursement of the purchase price is paid by the method used to make the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
