Flower bulbs for gardeners, landscapers, councils and more
nectarscordum siculum bulgaricum
Siculum is a magnificent addition to your beds and borders. The cascading umbels of the long stalked, bell-shaped flowers combining cream, pink and green tints, followed by decorative, erect seed pods in late summer make this a true garden favourite.
Although refered to as an ornamental onion it has many different characteristics, being loose in the head and more drooping to other allium types. This self seeding beauty will grace your gardens for many years to come.
Interesting Note: Commonly known as the Sicilian Honey Lily or Mediterrannean Bells and is native to France and Italy this unusual member of the onion family, with its drooping blossoms, when crushed gives a garlic type odour.
